We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 days of receiving them.
Order placed for Priority shipping (3rd day, 2nd day and next day) must be placed before 1pm central time to go out same day. Order received after 1pm central time will ship the following day. Any order placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday including Saturday & Sunday will ship Monday.

Taxes, where applicable, will be added as a separate line item to the invoice price. 客户 shall pay to 洪堡生产厂 Co. the amount of any taxes. If any claim is made against 洪堡 for any such taxes, 洪堡 shall promptly notify 客户 of the amount of such taxes and customer shall promptly pay such amount to 洪堡 or its designated payee. 如果客户 possesses or otherwise enjoys tax-exempt status, customer shall provide a duly-authorized certificate of tax exemption to 洪堡 prior to an order, at the time of order placement or as otherwise requested by 洪堡. 客户 must notify 洪堡 upon change in their 免税地位.

While we strive to maintain an inventory second to none in our industry, there are times when something may be out of stock. In those cases, someone from 洪堡's sales department will contact you via email with the status of your order.
保证
洪堡生产厂. Co. products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. We will repair or replace such 项目 as may prove defective at our option. Under no condition will we allow labor charges or other expenses to repair defective merchandise without our prior approval.
洪堡生产厂. Co. makes or implies no other warranties of any kind or nature of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes that exceed any previously stated obligation.
We accept no responsibility for damage or abuse to apparatus due to improper installation or 操作. We accept no responsibility for and will not pay for any lost profits incidental, consequential, or special damages.
退货
All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition and must be sent back in the original packaging including all manuals, power cords, software, and options to be eligible for return. 客户s are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. After your return has been received, inspected and approved for a refund, a credit will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees, freight charges and handling fees. Damage resulting from improper packing of returned 项目 is solely the customer’s responsibility.
